of Nairobi's law school. He is
currently pursuing his post
graduate Diploma in Law at
the Kenya School of Law. He
is also a Certified Public
Secretary. Vincent is a
consultant in Legislative
Drafting, an area he has
passionately pursued for
o v e r 3 y e a r s . H e h a s
consulted for a number of
N G O s a n d C o u n t y
Governments including
Turkana and Wajir County
governments. His input is
