Paul Ogendi is a Consultant with the firm. He is a doctoral candidate at the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria. He is an advocate of the High Court
of Kenya and also a visiting researcher at the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, Institute for International and Constitutional Law and the
Centre for Human Rights (CHR). He was also a researcher with the Independent Review Electoral Commission(Kriegler Commission).
He holds an LLM (Human Rights and Democratisation in Africa) and LLM (Public International Law) from the University of Pretoria and the University of Nairobi
respectively. He also holds a post-graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law. His main interest is in human rights law, international criminal law,
public international law, elections and democracy, intellectual property law, and constitutional law.
