Paul is a co-founder and the Partner in charge of the Bank securities and
Conveyancing Department at SOKLaw. Paul Kiranga studied law at the University
of Nairobi and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree in the year 2009.
He proceeded to the Kenya School of Law in the year 2010 where he obtained a
Post graduate Diploma in Law and was subsequently admitted to the Roll of
Advocates in the year 2011.
Paul has gained immense experience, over five(5) years, in real estate and
conveyancing practice and perfection of securities having worked as an associate
in charge of the conveyancing and bank securities department at the firm of
Mucheru-Oyatta & Associates Advocates since 2009. Amongst his key
engagements was the opportunity to perfect security documents on behalf of
various banks in Kenya which include Bank of Baroda (K) Limited, Standard
Chartered Bank (K) Limited and Guardian Bank Kenya Limited.
He has also gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial including
Mergers and Acquisition, Joint Ventures, Capital markets, , Structured financing,
Intellectual Property law, Aircraft leasing & financing, Energy law etc and has
acted and successfully advised some leading Kenyan and international corporate
clients.
